Letter of invitation: if you require an invitation letter, there is an option in the registration portal for requesting one.
Student Travel Grants: support for graduate students to participate in the conference is available by partially subsidizing the travel costs up to a maximum of NZD1,000. Travel grants are available for both the conference and workshops. The grants will not cover the registration fee; every attendee is expected to register for the conference. To apply, students should submit their updated CV; an application letter with an estimate of travel expenses; a support letter from their supervisor. Applications should be submitted to asiaccs2019grants@gmail.com by 17th of May. Support grants will be provided also to eligible students that have already registered.
